Registration is completed in 3 steps:

2. Once you submit your Registration form, you will receive an email with your data and a link for payment. Please check that all your data is correct. This data can be used only for the purpose of advertising my appearance on the symposium and/or execution of the symposium.

Organiser hereinafter confirms that personal data shall only be collected for specifically stated and lawful purposes, and shall not be further processed in such a manner that their processing would be counter to these purposes, unless otherwise provided by relevant legislation.

Personal data may only be stored for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected or further processed – the execution of the symposium. On completion of the purpose of processing, personal data shall be erased, destroyed, blocked or anonymised, unless pursuant to legislation governing archive materials and archives they are defined as archive material, or unless a statute otherwise provides for an individual type of personal data.

Irrespective of the initial purpose of collection, personal data may be further processed for historical, statistical and scientific-research purposes.

I’ve been informed by the organiser about having the right to access, portability, withdrawal of consent, supplement, correct, block/limit the processing and erase personal data related to me. I was also informed of my right to file complaint with supervisory authority as defined with GDPR.

Withdrawal of the consent has no influence neither on lawfulness of the processing of personal data, executed until the withdrawal was done nor to further processing if defined by the applicable legislation.
